50 an hour Duties - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service - Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens - Make recommendations and upsell menu items - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Follow food safety and hygiene standards Qualifications - Previous experience in guest services, culinary, or hospitality is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
