You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals Requirements:
