Responsibilities:
- Assist with property flipping locating activities, including walking properties with prospective investors and processing offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property files - Coordinate rehab estimates.
- Assist with deposit collection and follow up on closing appointments.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide administrative support to the property team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
- Handle investor inquiries and resolve conflicts or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of negotiation a plus.
