Day Shift from 8:
00 AM to 4:
30 PM, Monday thru Friday This position is assigned specific administrative responsibilities to be performed timely and in accordance with company policy.
The selected candidate will work closely with other office, sales, and management personnel.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to accounts payable, order processing, billing, customer service and sales/operations support, filing, other misc.
front office functions.
Basic requirements include knowledge of general office procedures and experience with Windows based software applications (Excel & Word).
The selected candidate must have a strong work ethic, be able to handle confidential information, have good communication skills and work well with customers and others in all departments.
Phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills are essential since there will be daily interaction with our customers, both walk-in and on the phone.
Teamwork with other office and plant personnel is an absolute must.
Any experience with JD Edwards operating system would be ideal, but not required.
